The School Bus Driver shortage is very real. It is becoming increasingly difficult to get people to consider becoming a School Bus Driver…so we got creative! Starting today, KDKA and the CW will be airing two different commercials in an attempt to attract new drivers to the company. We had a great group of kids who volunteered to be part of the commercial. Thank you to Adam and Cara for letting us borrow their little girl and my daughter Jamie for allowing us to put my Granddaughter in front of the camera. They were adorable in their debut.

The second commercial was just as fantastic. A huge thank you to Chad and Kristie, their 3 boys were great, Becky for lending us her two children, her son was kinda lost in the shirt and hat, but he was perfect on camera, Heather’s girl was wonderful and Mary’s grandson rounded out the team.

And I can’t thank Brad Myers enough for being the Bus Driver. He was absolutely magnificent even though he took a lot of kidding from the producer of the commercials. I hope you all get a chance to see each of the commercials as they air. And remember, employees recruiting drivers is still the best way to bring in new talent and it pays you!
