Our highly qualified applicants undergo a thorough hiring process that includes an in-person interview, various background checks (motor vehicle record, PA State Police criminal history, PA child abuse clearance, FBI fingerprint history), pre-employment drug test, and contacting references.  It may seem like a bit to go through, but it’s to ensure that we hire the best out there!

We’re Also Hiring Mechanics!
Do you have a knack for all things mechanical? W.L. Roenigk, Inc. is also hiring automotive and diesel mechanics. Mechanic experience and your inspection license are definite pluses. We have a large fleet of vehicles (vans, mini buses, school buses, trucks, you name it!) and need to ensure that they are ready for the road every day. Mechanic applicants also undergo the same pre-employment checks as our drivers and aides, and we offer full-time benefits.
