The crowd-favorite school bus demolition derby happened on the 4th of July. The event is the Sunday evening entertainment at the Big Butler Fair in Prospect, PA. Close to a dozen old, retired school buses smashed and crashed into each other until only one victor remained. A few of the Roenigk grandchildren were behind the wheels for the big show in front of a huge grandstand crowd. (They’re younger, and the hits don’t hurt nearly as bad the next day.)
